Large pot & lid
Sheet pan
Nut or shellfish cracker
Ingredients
1 or 1 ½ pound live lobsters
Sea salt (or kosher salt)
Lemon juice

Instructions
Bring a large stock pot of salted water to a boil, and plunge the lobsters in the boiling water head first.
Cover the pot and cook for about 15 minutes – until they are bright red all over.
Use tongs to remove them from the water and let them drain on a large plate or sheet pan.
When cool enough to touch, crack their claws with a nut or shellfish cracker, and pull meat from under the shell.
Dip in lemon juice or melted butter…or both.
